CLOSED SESSION - Pursuant to §10-15-1 (H)(6 & 7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, the Board of Public Utilities will meet in closed session to discuss information pertaining to a decision concerning purchases in an amount exceeding $2,500.00 that can be made only from one source and information pertaining to threatened or pending litigation - San Juan Generating Station ownership restructuring
Recommended Action
I move that the Board of Public Utilities move to closed session pursuant to §10-15-1 (H)(6 & 7) of the New Mexico Open Meetings Act, NMSA 1978, to discuss information pertaining to a decision concerning purchases in an amount exceeding $2,500.00 that can be made only from one source and information pertaining to threatened or pending litigation - San Juan Generating Station ownership restructuring.
