The kick-off meetings for the Recreation Projects 2017 Bond and Economic Development Projects were held July 14, 2016 prior to a summation of the scoping efforts at the evening Parks and Recreation Board regularly scheduled meeting. The Stakeholder sessions were facilitated by Dekker/Perich/Sabatini (D/P/S), an interdisciplinary firm very experienced in the planning and design of quality of life projects. Tonight's Parks and Recreation Board meeting will have as its main topic the project schedule and future next steps for the Board in relation to this project.

The Stakeholder contact information was shared with the consulting firm D/P/S, as they will be developing a Public Information and Involvement Plan (PIIP) for the projects, as well as scheduling these next series of meetings with the community.
