I move to approve Resolution No. 16-15 authorizing the County to submit Section 5310 grant application for the 2018 fiscal year and authorization to the required local match of $28,000 for the 2018 Fiscal Year.

A public notice of intent to apply for federal funding and public hearing was published in the Los Alamos Monitor on June 24, 2016. A public hearing was held in conjunction with the Transportation Board’s monthly meeting on August 4, 2016. The thirty day comment period expired on August 22, no comments were received.

The total FY18 grant application included as Attachment A is itemized as follows:
? Federal Share $112,000
? Local Share $28,000
? Total Grant $140,000
