Recommended Action
I move that Council approve the expenditure of Art in Public Places funds in an amount not to exceed $8,500 to re-locate artwork from the former Smart House, to create an artistic/educational exhibit in the Municipal Building with the artwork, and to purchase of additional artwork from Minesh Bacrania to enhance the exhibit.

The estimated budget for this project will not exceed $8,500. Conceptual photos plus a more detailed explanation of the proposed project and the APPB's recommendation are provided in Attachment A.

The second APPB recommendation is to accept a donation offer from former APPB member, Steve Foltyn, of a photograph by Minesh Bacrania taken on April 23, 2016 of seven of the San Ildefonso pottery replica artists. Mr.Foltyn requested that the donated photograph be installed at the White Rock Visitors Center. ...
