Recommended Action
I move that Council adopt Incorporated County of Los Alamos Ordinance No. 680; I further move that, upon passage, the Ordinance be published in summary form.
County Manager's Recommendation
The County Manager recommends that Council adopt Incorporated County of Los Alamos Ordinance No. 680.
Body
The County Attorney’s Office recommends that an ordinance be passed by the County Council to authorize the County Manager or designee to enter into residential lease agreement for the tenant residing at 580 Overlook, Los Alamos, New Mexico. The alternative of having each individual lease agreement presented to Council for approval is cumbersome and extremely time-consuming. A copy of the standard lease approved by the County Attorney's Office is included as an Attachment.

Present, via ordinance, each residential lease to Council for approval.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Unplanned Item
The County will collect lease payments from the residential leases at 580 Overlook Road, Los Alamos, New Mexico. Administration of the leases will be provided by County staff.
