I move that Council approve the vacation of Utility Easement Within Lot 197, a Subdivision of Eastern Area No.2
Utilities Manager Recommendation
The Utilities Manager recommends that Council approve the motion as presented.
Body
The portion of easement to be vacated is not needed. Adequate easement for the existing utilities will remain for operation and maintenance activities after this portion of the easement is vacated. This will accommodate improvements desired by the resident
Alternatives
If the vacation of easement is not approved this encumbrance on the property will remain.
