I nominate Lisa C. Bakosi, Warren Mazanec, Dorothy Brown, Thomas Gerike, and Donald Ulrich to fill two full term vacant positions which will begin on August 1, 2018 and end on July 31, 2020; and one partial term position which begins August 1, 2018 and ends July 31, 2018.
By roll call vote, Councilors vote for three (3) nominees and the two (2) with the highest vote totals of four or more will be appointed to fill the two (2) full terms which will expire on February 28, 2020. The next highest nominee with a vote of four or more will be appointed to a partial term ending July 31, 2018.

The Environmental Sustainability Board is a seven-member board with staggered two-year terms beginning August 1 and ending July 31. The current Environmental Sustainability Board membership list is attached for reference (Attachment A).
The one current vacancy is a result from the resignation of former board member Erik Loechell. Mr. Loechell has moved and is no longer eligible to serve on the ESB at this time. The two upcoming vacancies will be the result of terms ending for two - term limited members, John Bliss and Sarah Terrill.
The applicants for these ESB vacancies are: Lisa Bakosi [D]; Warren Mazanec [R];
Dorothy Brown [D]; Donald Ulrich [I]; and Thomas Gerike [R].
To remain in compliance with the County Charter restriction concerning political party majorities on Boards and Commissions, only one applicant registered as a Democrat can be appointed to the ESB.
