Recommended Action
I introduce, without prejudice, Incorporated County of Los Alamos Ordinance No. 02-290, an Ordinance Amending Chapter 14, Article III, of the Code of the Incorporated County of Los Alamos Pertaining to Cemeteries

The County Manager recommends that Council introduce this ordinance.
Body
A columbarium was recently purchased and installed at Guaje Pines Cemetery. The cemetery ordinance revisions are intended to incorporate the new columbarium rules and regulations. In addition, revisions were made to streamline processes and reflect updated organizational units within the Community Services Department.
Tentative timeline:
Public Hearing: November 13, 2018
Effective Date: January 4, 2019

Council may choose not to introduce this ordinance.
