ESB member Sue Barns will deliver a presentation to the ESB on Food Waste Prevention. The ESB is steadily working towards zero waste. The Project Drawdown ranks reducing food waste third out of 100 for greenhouse gas reduction. The presentation will address the importance of food waste prevention.
