I move that the Environmental Sustainability Board approve the placement of additional cardboard dumpsters at County locations to accommodate the needs of customers during the holiday season.

Body
In response to customer feedback regarding the recent change in recycle collection Environmental Services and the Environmental Sustainability Board conducted a survey of residential recycle, trash and yard trimming roll carts. The purpose of the survey was to determine if the current recycle, trash and yard trimming schedule is meeting the customer needs and if roll cart volumes are sufficient for both recycling and yard trimmings.
The ESB will review the preliminary findings and take action on a proposed solution to provide additional cardboard recycle dumpsters at County locations for the upcoming holiday season.
