The Save As You Throw (SAYT) Research Subcommittee will provide an update about Save As You Throw findings and provide an update to the board regarding their research to date. The subcommittee has performed various education and outreach activities, as well as performed researched on other communities that have a pay as you throw, tiered rate system in place. The ESB will also be presented with a timeline for future events, including the Open Forum poll and recommendation process.
