Recommended Action
I move that Council adopt Incorporated County of Los Alamos Resolution No. 19-17; A Resolution Appointing Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems ("UAMPS") Member Representative.

The Utilities Manager recommends that Council adopt the resolution as presented.

The Board of Public Utilities recommends that Council adopt the resolution as presented.
Body
In February 2014, County Council approved a resolution agreeing to membership in Utah Associated Municipal Power Systems (UAMPS). This resolution is to appoint Philo Shelton, Utilities Manager, as the new Member Representative to UAMPS.
Alternatives
Council could choose not to adopt the resolution, in which case, Los Alamos County would not have representative member of UAMPS.
