Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Budget Revision 2020-04 as summarized on attachment A and that the attachment be made a part of the minutes of this meeting.
County Manager's Recommendation
The County Manager recommends that Council approve the budget revision as requested.
Body
A summary of the budget revision is included on Attachment A. Council has previously approved LAPS' related grant request and this action to move balances between funds is intended to provide consistency in our accounting procedures with respect to grants to LAPS.
Alternatives
The alternate is that the funds would be distributed to Los Alamos Public Schools from the CIP Fund instead of the Economic Development Fund.
