Recommended Action
I nominate Aaron Walker to fill one of three vacant positions ending August 14, 2020 on the Community Development Advisory Board and move that Council fill one vacancy by reappointing Aaron Walker to a term that begins August 15, 2020 and ends on August 14, 2023.

The purpose of this item is to fill one of three vacancies on the Community Development Advisory Board.
The board began the recruitment process and has only received one application over the past two months. The interview committee found Mr. Walker
to be well qualified and decided to put forth his name for reappointment.
The applicant for this position is: Aaron Walker [I].
Party affiliations are noted as [D] Democrat, [R] Republican, [I] Independent, [G] Green, [L] Libertarian, [DTS] Declined to State, and [N] Not Registered to Vote.
This seven-member board has three-year terms and is currently composed as shown on Attachment A.
Appointing Aaron Walker will not violate the County Charter restriction concerning political party majorities on Boards and Commissions.
