Approval to Apply for FY21 Grant Funding under NM Department of Health for Community County and Tribal Health Councils
Body
A total of $9, 462 has been reserved for each of the 39 NM Tribal and County Health Councils, should you choose to accept it. Email response of acceptance needs to be submitted to assigned Health Promotion Specialist or Health Promotion Program Manager by August 7th.
Upon acceptance of the funding, Health Councils will be asked to complete a standard scope of work created to strengthen the structure, effectiveness, and sustainability of all NM County and Tribal Councils in identifying and addressing the health needs of New Mexico Communities.
