Update on the 2024 New Mexico Legislative Session and Los Alamos County State Priorities

Each year the Los Alamos County Council approves a set of Support, Monitor, and Oppose items for the New Mexico State Legislative Session. Attachment A shows the approved 2024 Los Alamos County State Priorities. This year's New Mexico State Legislative session began on January 16, 2024 and ends on February 15, 2024. This item will provide an update the current Legislative session and any bills of interest for the County.
