Recommended Action
Prioritize and set expectations for Work Group pursuit of the top five (5) Tourism initiatives.
Body
The TITF Work Program is attached as had been presented to the Task Force in 2023. The Work Program is based on goals and initiative outlined in the 2018 Tourism Strategic Plan. Staff is recommending that TITF prioritize the top five initiatives and begin utilizing the new Work Group structure to analyze and develop recommendations for LTAB consideration. As each initiative is address new initiatives can be added the TITF work program.
