Work Group Structure - Discussion and Scheduling
Requested Action
Assign Work Group membership and schedule initial 2024 meeting dates.
Body
As discussed during previous TITF meetings, the TITF is comprised of four (4) work groups: 1) Event Support, 2) Visitor Experience, 3) Marketing Communications, and 4) Data Reporting. Each Work Group will have their own personalized approach to address the top five (5) prioritized tourism initiatives. The previously presented draft Work Group Roster and Activities Summary are attached. While Staff will be available to assist each Work Group, work groups are encouraged to meet at their convenience and report back to Staff and TITF prior to and during scheduled meetings.
