Recommended Action
I nominate Ben Hill, Alice Holtzclaw, Joshua Muck, and Catherine Bowman to fill three vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Commission with three year terms beginning on April 01, 2024 and ending on March 31, 2027.
By roll call vote, Councilors vote for three nominees and the three with the highest votes total of four or more be appointed to fill terms beginning on April 01, 2024, and ending on March 31, 2027.

The purpose of this item is to fill three vacancies on the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Two vacancies and one reappointment ending on March 31, 2024, represent expired terms.
