One of ESB’s priorities as state in the workplan is to develop and implement a communication management plan including method of communication, frequency, message, responsible board member, and stakeholders. Los Alamos County’s Public Information Officer, Julie Williams-Hill and Sustainability Manager, Angelica Gurule will provide some best management practices on what the board should consider while developing this plan.
