Discuss changing or amend the format of the Los Alamos County Health Council Meetings. Actions related to old and new business at the beginning of the agenda, and move Chair, Council Liaison, and Staff reports closer to the beginning of the agenda. Implement a system where every LACHC member gets 3 minutes to share/report updates (using the Zoom timer feature). Move Presentations to the last 30 minutes of the meeting.
