Recommended Action
I move that the Board of Public Utilities approve the revisions to the BPU Procedural Rules as presented.
Utilities Manager's Recommendation
The Utilities Manager recommends that the Board approve the motion as presented.
Body
The Board annually reviews the procedural rules and discusses changes (if any.) The last review occurred at the regular session on July 17, 2024. Suggested revisions are included in Attachment B.
Alternatives
The board could choose not to revise the procedural rules, make additional revisions, or table the issue.
