Recommended Action
I move that the Board of Public Utilities approve the revisions to the BPU Procedural Rules as presented.
Utilities Manager's Recommendation
The Utilities Manager recommends that the Board approve the motion as presented.
Body
The Board reviewed proposed revisions at their regular session on August 21, 2024. Members also proposed other revisions. The Utilities Manager, Assistant County Attorney, and Executive Assistant have prepared a second redline version and a clean version for the BPU's approval.
Alternatives
The board could choose not to revise the procedural rules, make additional revisions, or table the issue.
