The Environmental Sustainability Board will hear a presentation by Armando Gabaldon, Environmental Services Division Manager. Mr. Gabaldon will provide an overview of how trash and recycling is managed for the County. He will explain some of the challenges of managing trash and recycling including contamination, transportation to distant recycle processors, and increasing hauling and disposal costs.
