Recommended Action
I nominate Karen Easton, David Hampton, and Rebecca White for re-appointment to the Planning & Zoning Commission, and move that Council appoint these three nominees to the Planning & Zoning Commission to fill the terms beginning on April 1, 2025 and ending on March 31, 2028.

The purpose of this item is to appoint three members to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
This appointment represents the applications of three (3) incumbents whose terms ended on March 31, 2025. All three incumbents’ terms were ending and all three made application to continue their service as posted on the County website.
The applicants are:
Incumbent, Karen Easton [R]; incumbent, David Hampton [D]; and incumbent, Rebecca White [R].
This nine-member Commission has three year terms beginning April 01 and ending March 31. It is currently composed as follows:

Appointing any of the nominees will not violate the County Charter restriction concerning political party majorities on Boards and Commissions.
