Recommended Action
I introduce, without prejudice, Incorporated County of Los Alamos Code Ordinance No. 02-370; A Code Ordinance Amending Chapter 16, Development Code, Article II, Division 2, Section 16-6; Article III, Division 1, Sections 16-12 And 16-14; Article III, Division 2, Sections 16-17, 16-18, 16-19; Article IV, Division 3, Section 16-28; and Article VI, Division 2
County Manager's Recommendation
The County Manager recommends that Council introduce this Ordinance.
Body
The ordinance proposes amendments to Chapter 16 of the Development Code, including Base Zone Districts (Article II), Use Regulations (Article III), Development Standards (Article IV), and Definitions (Article VI), for the purpose of correcting errors, resolving internal inconsistencies, and adding missing definitions.
These amendments are intended to promote clarity, ensure consistency throughout the Code, and maintain alignment with the County’s adopted plans and policies.
