Open meeting pursuant to NMSA 1978, 10-15-1 (A). The Committee reserves the right to close the hearing to the public pursuant to §10-15-1(H)(2), NMSA 1978, under circumstances where evidence or discussion of limited personnel matters of employees other than Appellant is sought to be introduced or proffered and pursuant to §10-15-1(H)(3), NMSA 1978 for Committee deliberations.
