CASE SUMMARY

The request represents a low-impact, adaptive reuse of an existing institutional facility. The CUP is required due to the conditional nature of the proposed use in the MFR-L district, not due to any physical site changes. The proposal appears consistent with Development Code requirements, subject to evaluation of operational compatibility and standard CUP criteria.
