Approval of Changes to the Utilities Assistance Program (DPU Rule GR-18)

Recommended Action

I move that the Board of Public Utilities approve revisions to the DPU Rules & Regulations, section GR-18: Utilities Assistance Program, as presented.

Utilities Manager's Recommendation

The Utilities Manager recommends that the Board approve the motion as presented.

Body

At the June 3, 2026 BPU Work Session Ms. Joann Gentry presented the proposed revisions to the Utilities Assistance Program. Board members had an opportunity to comment and provide suggestions and no further revisions were provided. 

Alternatives

The Board could suggest further revisions and/or choose to postpone action until a later meeting
