Sustainability Manager Updates

The ESB receives routine updates from the Sustainability Manager.
1. Launched the Sustainability Newsletter as an avenue to communicate with the community regarding environmental sustainability initiatives. The email performance increased from 36 subscribers to 48 subscribers.
2. EV Infrastructure
a. The County is working on deployment of six Level 2 - EV Chargers at Municipal Building to serve County fleet and the community.
b. The County had the kick-off meeting for the Fleet Conversion Plan and Community-wide EV Charging Plan. We are currently gathering data for consultant to perform analysis.
3. Education and Outreach
a. Finalizing scope of work to provide climate action marketing and engagement plan for the community.
4. Energy Audits
a. Researching options to deploy energy audits
5. Upcoming Events - Volunteers Needed
a. County Earth Day Event - April 22 from 11am to 1pm
b. PEEC Earth Day Festival - April 26 from 10am to 2pm
c. DPU Water Festival - May 20 - 21st from 8am to 1pm
