Recommended Action
I move that Council revise the Council Procedural Rules as indicated in Attachment A.
Body
This item makes one change to Closed Session motion within the Council Procedural Rules. The Attorney's Office has reviewed the Open Meetings Act and advised that the second clause of the motion is unnecessary. The redlined version of the revised rules is shown in Attachment A while Attachment B is a clean version.
