Recommended Action
I move that Council direct staff to schedule periodicTown Halls under the following parameters and format: __________ and return to Council with a schedule.

On July 20, 2021, a business Town Hall was held and moderated by Councilor David Reagor. This item is for Council to contemplate whether to schedule Town Halls periodically--possibly every two-three months. Topics for these scheduled Town Halls would not be determined until closer to the date but having dates, times and venues already reserved may facilitate hosting these events. Other discussion items are preferred Town Hall format, dates/times, and venues. In general, County staff could provide A/V support and promotion of Town Halls. With this item, staff is seeking direction with regards to regularly scheduled Town Halls.
