I move that Council approve General Services Agreement No. AGR26-872 for the purchase of a Stallion Air Custom Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Breathing Air and Rehabilitation Trailer from L.N. Curtis & Sons, in the amount of $301,800.00.

The Los Alamos Fire Department (LAFD) is requesting approval to purchase a Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) Breathing Air and Rehabilitation Trailer through the Sourcewell SCBA Cooperative Purchasing Contract# 011824-LNC. The proposed SCBA Breathing Air and Rehab Trailer will provide firefighters with a reliable, on-scene supply of clean breathing air and a climate-controlled space for rehabilitation and medical monitoring during emergency incidents. This capability is critical during extended operations such as structure fires, wildland fires, hazardous materials incidents, and large scale emergencies.
This purchase supports LAFD's commitment to firefighter safety and operational readiness. The SCBA Breathing Air and Rehabilitation Trailer ensures a reliable on-scene air supply and provides a dedicated, climate-controlled environment for rehabilitation and medical monitoring.
