Recommended Action

I  move that Council approve a grant of electrical utility easement within Lot 9, a Subdivision of East Gate Industrial Park Number 2.

County Manager's Recommendation

The Utilities Manager recommends that Council approve the motion as presented.

Body

This document grants an electrical utility easement that allows for a future looped electrical feed to East Gate Industrial Park.  This not only improves the reliability for CCF Los Alamos Investment Company LLC located at 2900 East Road, but it will also improve all other businesses located within East Gate Industrial Park

Alternatives

If the grant of utility easement is not approved, the looped electrical feed will not be installed and reduce electric reliability within the East Gate Industrial Park.
