Title

Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) Priorities Discussion

Body

The Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan(ICIP) List, required by the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration for projects that could be considered for State funding, is prioritized for the Governor, Legislators, and the Federal Delegation to ascertain the which County projects have support from County management and the Governing Body for Capital Outlay and other appropriation of funds.  The ICIP List is shown in Attachment B.  This list is the result of substantive input from all County departments.  The Council's State/Regional Working Group also reviewed the list and gave their feedback.

 

Staff will expand on the reasoning behind prioritization, the thought process behind the rankings, and the top five projects on the list (Attachment A).  Staff will also provide information on other projects on the list as requested by the Council.
