Members are comfortable meeting in person, I move that the Environmental Sustainability Board resume in person meetings on [date] __________.
Members are divided in their opinions about resumption of in-person meetings; therefore, I move that the Environmental Sustainability Board utilize a hybrid approach to meetings with public, staff and/or Board members in person and Zoom meeting link for those public and Board members that choose to remain remote.
Members are not comfortable meeting in person, I move that the Environmental Sustainability Board continue meetings via Zoom and revisit the topic on [date] _____________.
