The 2022 Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) identifies a preferred resource plan with a portfolio of near-term and long-term electricity generation resource for the Los Alamos Power Pool (LAPP). The IRP Draft Implementation Plan describes how Power Supply will implement this preferred resource plan. It identifies the key actions, decision points, operational considerations, resource constraints, risks, and pivot strategies that will be applied to acquire the generation resources needed to achieve a reliable electric supply for the Los Alamos County service area in the coming decades.

 

DPU is seeking County Council discussion and feedback on the Integrated Resource Plan Draft Implementation Plan.
