Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of a one-year time extension for Site Plan SIT-2023-0063, based on findings that the request complies with applicable provisions of the Los Alamos County Development Code, does not modify the approved site plan or conditions of approval, and no substantive changes have occurred to applicable regulations or site conditions that would affect the validity of the original approval.
CASE SUMMARY
The applicant, Greg Gonzales, dba Columbus Capital, requests a Site Plan extension for the adopted Site Plan (SIT-2023-0063) for a mixed-use development located at 535 Central Avenue, Los Alamos, NM.
