Title

Discuss and Determine Working Groups and Steering Committees

Body

The Board will discuss the opportunities for the different working groups and steering committees and divvy up member roles.  Member Deringer recommended creating an outreach and education team that would focus on the areas recommended in the climate action plan. If the Board wishes to create a working group, up to three members can participate without creating a quorum issue. Additionally, Council asked the ESB to research the Plastic Bag Fee. ESB members also have an opportunity collaborate County projects and serve on the Steering Committee for EV Fleet Conversion Plan and Community Wide EV Charging Plan, as well as the Education and Outreach and Energy Audit Services.

ESB member roles on these working groups and steering committees will be advisory. The working groups are responsible for bringing all recommendations to the Board for consideration.
