Presentation of Draft Climate Action Plan

Angelica Gurule, Sustainability Manager for Los Alamos County, will provide an update on the Climate Action Plan (CAP) development process, including an overview of the draft climate action plan, community engagement efforts, and target to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The ESB members will review the draft climate action plan and will provide feedback. Utilizing an online platform, the community is invited to provide feedback, comments and concerns for one month, starting July 9 through August 9, 2024. Sequentially, Cascadia and County staff will review public comments and integrate into the final climate action plan. The final climate action plan will be presented to County Council in October 2024.
