Ms. Kathy Darwin, facilitator and DPU senior managers presented the first draft of revisions of the FY2028 Strategic Plan to the Board on August 26, 2026. After in-depth discussion, the board offered their suggestions for incorporation. Those additional revisions will be discussed at this meeting.
