I move that the Parks & Recreation recommend to County Council the revisions to Policy1735: Use and Rental of County Facilities/Land
Body
The revisions to Policy 1735 are now finalized and ready to be recommended to the County Council for approval.
Since the June 12 Parks and Recreation Board (PRB) meeting, one minor change has been made to the policy language. The updated section now reads:
"The Community Development Department (CDD) will oversee all mobile food vending and general mobile vending activities and associated permits within Los Alamos County, in accordance with the applicable County Code of Ordinances. CDD will be responsible for issuing business licenses and vending permits, and will coordinate with the Community Services Department (CSD) to confirm approved vending locations. CSD will continue to manage reservations for vending on public property."
