Approval of Budget Revision 2027-17 to Move Remaining Balance of Parks Small Capital in the CIP fund to CSD Small Projects in the General Fund as Identified in the FY27 Adopted Budget
Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Budget Revision 2027-17 as summarized in Attachment A and that the attachment be made part of the minutes of this meeting.

The County Manager recommends that Council approves budget revision 2027-17 as requested.
Body
The purpose of this budget adjustment is to move the available balance of $1,020,554.20 in CP7002 Parks Small Capital to the General Fund org 01150015 CSD Small Projects as identified in the FY27 Adopted Budget. During the FY27 budget development process, the decision was made to move the final/ending balance in CP7002 - Parks Small Capital to the General Fund org 01150015 - CSD Small Projects. FY26 Encumbrances have been finalized and the ending balance of CP7002 is $1,020,554.20 (amount to be moved to General Fund).
Alternatives
Council could choose not to approve moving the funds, in which case they would remain in the CIP fund.
