Recommended Action

I move that the APP board approve the cost for Rug Repair Restoration LLC, total Cost not to exceed $1,360 which includes a 15% contingency budget to professional clean and restore identified rugs within Fuller Lodge.

Body
Lead for this project is Member Carson. Rugs that reside at Fuller Lodger, under the APP Art Inventory, need professional cleaning and possible restoration due to moth damage. Member Carson contacted a Professional cleaning and restoration company out of ABQ, who came to Los Alamos and examined the Rugs for no charge. Rug Repair Restoration LLC provided an estimate of $1177.99, to clean 5 rugs and restore 5 rugs.
