Recommended Action
I move that Council approve Agreement No. AGR26-06 with Quicket Solutions, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $373,066.55, plus applicable Gross Receipts Tax, for the purpose of providing court case management software and related services.

To secure these services, the County issued Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 26-06 on October 12, 2025, seeking qualified firms to provide Court Case Management Software and Related Services. Following evaluation in accordance with the criteria set forth in the RFP, Quicket Solutions was determined to be the most responsive and responsible proposer.
The proposed agreement will have a fifteen-year term, commencing February 18, 2026, through February 17, 2041, unless terminated earlier as provided in the agreement. The contract includes an annual cost escalator to account for inflation and operational expenses. The total contract amount shall not exceed $373,066.55, plus New Mexico gross receipts tax.
Alternatives
County Council can choose not to approve this agreement.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Planned Item
This is a planned and budgeted item for the Municipal Court and there is minimal staff impact.
