Board/Commission Appointments - Transportation Board
Recommended Action
I move that the Council reappoint Paul Lisowski and Joshua Muck to fill two of the four vacancies on the Transportation Board. I further move that the Council appoint Jacquelyn Connolly and Hermann Geppert-Kleinrath to fill the remaining two vacancies, with all terms expiring on February 28, 2028.

This item addresses the appointment of four members to the Transportation Board. Applicants Paul Lisowski and Joshua Muck are seeking reappointment for a second term, while Jacquelyn Connolly and Hermann Geppert-Kleinrath are seeking appointments for their first term.
The Transportation Board consists of seven members serving staggered two-year terms, which begin on March 1 and conclude on February 28. The current roster of members is provided in Attachment A.
The interview panel consisted of the following:

Following interviews conducted on February 17, 2026, the interview panel recommends appointing the following applicants:

Appointing the four applicants will not violate the County Charter restriction concerning political party majorities on Boards and Commissions.
