Recommended Motion
I move that Council approve Amendment No. 1 to Agreement No. AGR23-54 with Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. to clarify task order pricing for on-call professional engineering, architectural, planning and project management services for Los Alamos County Airport.

Body
On June 13, 2023 Council approved AGR23-54 between Los Alamos County and Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. for On-Call Professional Engineering, Architectural, Planning and Project Management Services for Los Alamos County Airport.
Los Alamos County and Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. wish to amend the Agreement to clarify how pricing, particularly profit rates, are calculated for each Task Order. The amendment replaces Section A, Paragraph 3 of the original agreement which now includes subparagraph c that provides more clarity regarding how profit rates are applied.
All other provisions of the original agreement remain unchanged including the not to exceed compensation amount of $2,000,000.00 (excluding NMGRT) and the agreement term of June 13, 2028.
This amendment has been reviewed and approved by the County Attorney’s Office. The original agreement is included as Attachment A and Amendment No. 1 as Attachment B for reference.
