Joshua Silva, Superintendent for Los Alamos County Wastewater Treatment Plant, will present an update regarding the biosolids composting operation. The biosolid composting operation is located in Bayo Canyon near the Los Alamos Wastewater Treatment Plant. This operation is essential to properly managing biosolids and diverting waste such as mulch material that is used as part of the composting operation.
