Body
ESB members have the opportunity to volunteer to serve as a liaison to other County appointed boards, subcommittees, and task forces. At this time the ESB will review and revise the boards for which to provide liaisons and may update liaison assignments. The ESB may choose to liaison to other boards or subcommittees.
Current liaison assignments include:
Planning and Zoning Commission
2nd or 4th Wednesday at 5:30pm
Parks and Recreation Board
2nd Thursday at 5:30pm
Transportation Board
1st Thursday at 5:30pm
**Board of Public Utilities
1st, 3rd, and 4th Wednesday at 6:00pm
**Economic Equity Work Group under the Inclusivity Task Force
4th Friday at 8am
(The purpose is to discuss cost-of-living issues like housing, utilities, food, healthcare, employment, commuting, etc., identify what people are struggling with, how local government and the community can help/are helping, and review progress)
