I move that Council approve the revised FY2027 Equipment Replacement Schedule.

The County Manager recommends that Council approve the revised FY2027 Equipment Replacement Schedule as presented.
Body
Part of the FY2027 Adopted Budget is an Equipment Replacement list. As part of adopting the FY2027 Budget, Council approved the FY2027 Equipment Replacement Schedule as shown in Attachment A. Changes have been made the schedule including replacing a forklift from FY2026 with a telehandler to assist with the moving of large items at the Warehouse and moving a transit bus (4106) to FY2027 from FY2026 to be able to order the bus earlier.
Alternatives
If this revised schedule is not approved, then the two pieces of equipment could not be procured in FY2027.
Fiscal and Staff Impact/Planned Item
Funds for both pieces of equipment were part of the FY2026 budget so will be available in FY2027. Additional funds are needed for telehandler since it is an upgrade from the original forklift. These additional funds will be provided by the Administrative Services department FY2027 budget.
